The VERVE Soft Blocks are a multi-use piece of equipment built extremely tough to handle anything you trow at them. Made from a high-density non-memory foam, with an extremely durable, anti-slip casing, even velcro on the sides to lock them into place when stacked on one another. These Soft Blocks can stand the test of time no matter what you use them for, protecting your floor, yourself or your members, even the weights after you get that PR lift.
