A relatively new face to the CrossFit scene, Cashman has hit the sport with ferocity! After playing Camogie in her youth up until University, this athletic teacher went along to a competition as a supporter almost two years ago and joined her local box that night!
Within six months, Cashman had progressed onto the competitor’s team! 2017 saw rookie Cashman take 1st place at The Powerful Invitational and 4th place at the renowned Filthy150. The 2018 season is already shining bright with Cashman placing 76th fittest female in Ireland at the 2018 CrossFit Open and ranking as 9th fittest teacher in Ireland!
VERVE are delighted to be able to support Cashman as she chases the next level of intermediate competitions and has Filthy150 in October dialled in on her radar.
