Hip Thruster

The Mavrik Hip thruster is a dedicated platform that has been designed to provide solid base for your hip thrusts. Included in this package is a barbell pad for use on your bar or bench - giving you additional flexibility and comfort.

The Mavrik Hip thruster has been constructed with a non-slip rubber foot plate and an elevated back pad for increased range of motion. Note that our updated thruster unit no-longer includes side pins, allowing you a greater range of motion while using barbells and plates.
