"I’ve been training since I was 13, and the gym has always been a big part of my life. I've tried everything from CrossFit to powerlifting. The inspiration behind the gym was really about creating a space that I always wanted to be in. I’ve had home gyms in the past and found it very hard to get motivated to train when the space and the equipment weren’t right.
